A fast-growing service company ran planning, invoicing and customer communication across three separate systems and a growing pile of spreadsheets. Every handover meant retyping, delays and errors. The team spent more time on administration than on customers.
The goal: one platform that matches how the business really works, can roll out to a second and third branch, and keeps evolving for years without a rebuild.

The solution

We designed one modular platform around the company's core flow: intake, planning, execution and invoicing. A multi-tenant backend with a clear domain model replaced the three legacy systems step by step, so the business never stopped running.
Integrations with accounting and the existing customer portal were built as separate services behind a versioned API. That way the company can switch tools later without touching the core.
